The Pikes Peak Business & Education Alliance's (PPBEA) mission is to connect students' talents, interests and aptitudes to the economic landscape.  Our initiative is built to help our business community solve chronic and systemic talent shortages and skills gaps problems while providing opportunities for students launch into meaningful and rewarding early careers. PPBEA primarily serves as liaison between our community of K-12 schools and our area business partners while creating an environment where our region can “grow its own talent”. The MARKETPLACE is where classrooms and students connect and participate in work-based learning opportunities sponsored by our community’s businesses.
