Every School Day Matters! Attendance Campaign
Every school day matters!
Academic success for Colorado students starts with being in school on time every day. Every member of our community has a role to play in supporting student attendance, and this resource hub is designed to help schools, parents, families, and local partners spread the word that every school day matters.
For Parents, Families, and Caregivers
We are calling on Colorado parents and families to make student attendance a priority.
- Driving to school? Check your school bell time and plan extra time for traffic.
- Taking the bus? Know your child's schedule and get to the stop early.
- Need a ride? Talk to your family and friends to make a back-up transportation plan.
- Taking a trip? Use the school calendar to plan family travel during breaks.
