Data Pipeline Interchanges: Student

Overview

The Student Interchange is a set of four files, Student Demographic, Student School Association, Graduation Guidelines and Adjustment files, which contain student information for a school year. This information is used in the following collections: Student October, Special Education December Count, Special Education Discipline, Student End of Year, Student Discipline and Student Biographical Data.

Deadlines

• The 2024-2025 Student Interchange files are open for uploads and will close in December 2025 with the end of the 2024-2025 Student End of Year Collection.
• The 2025-2026 Student Interchange will open in July 2025 and remain open through December 2026.
