Program Description
English Learner Portal provides a 45 hour professional development package dedicated to the instruction of culturally &
linguistically diverse students. The package includes two courses - Introduction to Teaching Culturally & Linguistically
Diverse Students (25 hours) and Developing Academic Language and Literacy with Culturally & Linguistically Diverse
Students (20 hours).
This program can be facilitated through face-to-face workshops, blended learning, or online.
Follow up coaching and further professional development services are available as well.

Open to all educators
Cost
Cost can be negotiated by districts/schools.
Required for Completion
Both courses listed in program description must be completed.
