I. Introduction
Overview
In general, obtaining the ABEA can be done in three ways:
- Taking the four courses tied to the authorization and submitting transcripts (among other required documents) to the CDE Educator Talent Licensing Office.
- Getting credit for the four courses tied to the authorization through the ABEA Portfolio Process and submitting certificates of equivalency (among other required documents) to the CDE Educator Talent Licensing Office.
- A combination of the above options.
