C. Comprehensive and Additional Services (AEFLA)

Grantees are expected to provide comprehensive services. Comprehensive services include adult education, literacy, workforce preparation, and English language acquisition. These services can be provided at different locations, but must be present in every grantee’s AEFLA program. Additional services which grantees may provide are workplace adult education and literacy; family literacy; integrated english literacy and civics education; and integrated education and training.
