    The EARSS program is authorized by Colorado Revised Statute 22-33-205 to fund competitive grant proposals for which the purposes are to provide education services and support services to expelled students, students at risk of being expelled, or students at risk of being declared, or already are, habitually truant.

  • Colorado Single Point of Contact Model for Unaccompanied Homeless Youth (PDF)
    This fact sheet outlines the Single Point of Contact Model where colleges and universities across Colorado appointed higher education homeless liaisons, also known as “Single Points of Contact”, to help unaccompanied homeless youth successfully matriculate into higher education and address academic advancement barriers.

    The Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA) is a federal program that provides grants to states to fund local programs of adult basic and secondary education and English language acquisition. 
  • Adult Education and Literacy Act of 2014 (PDF)
    The Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) grant program awards state funds for public and private nonprofit adult education and literacy programs.
