Comprehensive Early Literacy Grant – Cohort 4 Timeline (2022-2023)

Ongoing

Update contact information throughout the year: ELG Contact Information Change form.

Submit budget requests via ELG Budget Submission form.

Submit an ELG Exit Information form for school(s) leaving an ELG.

Submit a Leadership Transition Plan and schedule a meeting to discuss changes to school leadership.

Important Dates and Deadlines

July 1, 2022

22/23 fiscal year begins.

August 31, 2022

Complete contact updates. (Contact information confirmation/change request emailed to ELG program contacts.)

Submit annual financial report (AFR) via Grant Expenditure Report Submission form. This provides an account of funds expended between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022.

September 15, 2022

Submit Early Literacy Grant Program – Sustainability application.

September 30, 2022

Collect and submit six 2022 READing Conference certificates of completion from each member of the SLT. 

November 18, 2022

Submit no cost extension carryover budget via ELG Budget Submission form.

February 15, 2023

Submit interim financial report (IFR) via Grant Expenditure Report Submission form, reflecting 22/23 expenditures to date.

April 14, 2023

Submit any remaining budget change requests for the remainder of the fiscal year via ELG Budget Submission form.

September 29, 2023

Submit annual financial report (AFR) via Grant Expenditure Report Submission form. This provides an account of funds expended between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023.

With ELG Implementation Consultant, evaluate data and determine if funding goals were met.

Submit Comprehensive ELG School Self-Evaluation.

Submit 22/23 ELG Implementation Consultant Feedback Survey.
