Colorado Talking Book Library (CTBL)
Provides free library services for blind, low-vision, physically and learning-disabled residents.

Director: Nicolle Steffen


Colorado State Publications Library (CoSPL)
The CoSPL mission is to provide Colorado residents with permanent public access to information produced by state government.

Director: Nicolle Steffen


Fiscal Officer & LSTA Grant Coordinator
Administers ARPA and CARES Act grants and manages state and LSTA federal funds.

Institutional Library Development
Supports library services for state-operated residential institutions, including youth and adult correctional facilities, mental health institutes, a school for the deaf and the blind, and veterans homes.

Library Development
Provides leadership and support for public and school libraries, continuing education programs, consultation, and resource sharing.

Interim Director: Becky  Russell


Library Research Service (LRS)
Generates research and statistics about libraries, and provides online tools for finding and analyzing data.

Director: Charissa Brammer


Networking & Resource Sharing (NRS)
Provides leadership for statewide resource-sharing projects including Colorado Historic Newspapers Collection, Colorado Virtual Library (CVL), and SWIFT/ILL.
